Vegetarian Cookbook Of The Year – Easy Veggie Meals!

Hey fellow vegetarians – how’s life treatin’ ya today?

I wanted to quickly write up this post to tell you how I found the vegetarian cookbook Easy Veggie Meal Plans. This system has completely stormed the vegetarian scene and gained some amazing feedback.

You really need to have your ‘A Game’ when making the move over to the dark sorry vegetarian side :) because if you don’t then it’s very easy to get sick. So it’s well worth finding a vegetarian cookbook or program to help you get started.

Ok, so I don’t think any vegetarian cookbook or program is perfect but this one is pretty good in my books. This is the system that I used to help me go vegetarian and it helped prevent me from getting sick unlike the first time when I tried to do it on my own.

Alright, so here are some of the things that gives this program the edge:

  • 90 Day Meal Plan – I love this because I don’t have to keep thinking of meals to cook, which is great for someone as uninventive as me :)
  • The Vegetarian Lifestyle Book  - It was a fairly helpful tool in teaching me about what foods helped with protein, B12 etc. I thought is was OK.
  • The Quick Start Coaching Call  - This was a good tool for me because I could listen to it in the car which I love doing. It went through nice little tips and tricks on how to make the transition from meat-eater to vegetarian
  • Defend Your Diet Coaching Call – I liked this as well because I could listen to it in the car and it helped me articulate to people what being a vegetarian means and why I’m doing it. I haven’t really had anyone hassle me about being vegetarian too much but I’m sure it would be great for people who are being hassled by meat-heads.
  • Raw Foods Smoothie Bonus – If you’re like me and could almost live on nutritious smoothies then you will really like this. I love things that make my life easier.

So now that I’ve given it such prop here is one negative… Drum roll please…

The negative is that I would have liked to have a CD version of the Lifestyle Book so that I could listen to it in the car. I find that helps me especially as I spend a fair amount of time in the car. Apart from that I would highly recommend it.

So all in all I think that this vegetarian cookbook program is well worth the $57 investment for those who want to become vegetarian without getting sick and have fun while doing it.
